Vegan BBQ Recipes: Corn on the cob

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar w mother
  • 1 tbsp. mixed herbs
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 – 6 ears corn, husked

Method:

Lay cobs onto their own bit of tin foil ready to wrap them.

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over cobs.

Wrap in tin foil just not to tightly.

BBQ for 15-20 minutes.  You can often tell when they’re done as the cobs will swell in the foil
